Pros
I have been with Peak Support since March of 2022 and I cannot complain. The company is great, the benefits are awesome and the salary is not the best but something that you should be thankful for. What I love about them is their benefits package, especially with their HMO. I have been in a lesbian relationship for 14 years now and my partner is one of my dependents along with my son. They not only provide the regular HMO package but they have APE for all of us. They also have counseling sessions for finance, depression, etc. The owners also really take care of their employees and they are easy to talk to, they respond to messages. When I got promoted, I got a message from the founder's wife and was in awe that she really asked me how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. I was shocked as it was the first time that I experienced this, being contacted by someone who partly owns the company. I really appreciate this company, the people, my team, my team leads and managers and of course, my account and the client. Everyone is Superb!!! Thank you Peak Support for your existence!!!

The only con I can see is that they are so great that they can beat any WFH Company 😉
