Pros

- WFH - they provide equipment if available but there will be times when it's not available so you need to still have your own equipment. - company tries to make it engaging and active - they give out incentives on Christmas and other holidays if there's budget. They really do try. - they hold company meet ups funded by the company - PH entity company so there's benefits and HMO

Cons

- Used to never delay in salary, now even the ITR is delayed. Understandable, perhaps having financial issues. - you apply for a non Voice account but in the end you don't have a choice where they will put you. - training can be not adequate, I understand you don't learn everything in training but there are times when the environment is just bad. - not much growth and no salary upgrade

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
