Pros

Opportunity is equal when it comes to promotions and it's fast too. Love the people I work with, and the culture is perfect.

Cons

There were hiccups with the transition to a new payroll system, but this was a growing pain which has been addressed now. Lately, the payroll and payout system has been efficient, and timely.
