Management in Philippines are just bad - Customer Support Peak Support Employee Review

For some reason the management i have been with is just worst. They give you reason to leave, i been with company for 3 years and its really hard to keep up and understand how management keeps on leading people and never listens to their employees lol. They even gonna make things up and remove recording to give you unsupported incident report. Super low salary but they want high quality internet and demand for it
