My previous trainers, QAs, team leader, and now manager have been instrumental in my journey—from being a team member to my promotion as a team leader. My manager not only prepared me for the role but also empowered and encouraged me to step up. I also appreciate the training programs designed for new team leaders, which helped me transition smoothly into my new responsibilities. Beyond that, Peak Support offers a wide range of training programs to foster continuous learning and development. What stands out to me most is the transparency of the management team, especially through our quarterly huddles, where they openly share updates about the company’s status and progress. Additionally, we have a healthy, constructive work environment where feedback is welcomed and valued, promoting both personal and professional growth.
