Pros

Leadership across all levels—from the CEO to frontline managers—demonstrate a balanced approach. Approachable and empathetic, yet firm in decision-making. A top-down influence creates a supportive work environment. How upper management treats their direct reports is reflected throughout all leadership levels, pushing employee satisfaction. Leadership considers individual circumstances and makes reasonable exceptions, while still upholding business standards. Senior management is open to constructive criticism and focuses on solutions without taking feedback personally. When a project sunsets, management makes a strong effort to retain affected employees by reassigning them to other projects, rather than resorting to layoffs. Managers and executives avoid a "yes-man" approach with clients. They confidently challenge ideas that may not serve the best interests of either party, ultimately protecting both the team and the business. The company promotes internal growth, recognizing potential over experience. I advanced from associate to team lead in under two years. Hard work and dedication are acknowledged and rewarded with promotions and career development. I’ve been with the company for six years and continue to feel valued and fulfilled. Varies by project, but in my experience, work-life balance is respected—once the shift ends, work ends. Permanent work-from-home setup supports flexibility and personal comfort. Long-term, reliable projects provide job security. Peak Support regularly sends company merchandise such as shirts, jackets, and hoodies! Small gestures that reflect ongoing appreciation for employees

Cons

Entry-level salaries for non-voice customer service positions remain in median. Not very low, but not attractive enough for 2025 standards. As of June 2025, leadership summits are restricted to managerial levels and above. Understandable for cost control, but still disappointing for aspiring leaders.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
