Pros

Benefits are comparable with other companies, and there are good people here who care about the world (not talking about leaders)

Cons

Digital company that isn't in sync with digital trends; top sales performers are promoted to managers without being qualified or trained to be strong managers; many leaders at Pearson are unable to execute strategies and as a result, goals aren't met and layoffs ensue; almost 0 accountability in upper management; disconnected to Real needs of customers; lots of smoke and mirrors to promote brand and reputation; climate of "don't ask don't tell" when shady sales tactics are used to achieve goals.

Pros

Decent pay. Not much else.

Cons

No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
