Executive Management is the worst. One policy for them 0ne for the rest. Too many long time employees, like a retirement waiting room. Very stuck in their ways no room for growth unless your are one of the favorites of executive management. Secrecy abounds to the point that your manager leaves you in the dark. Very cliquish,. backstabbing environment. No respect for experienced workers. Just an overall toxic environment that does mot encourage hard work and only rewards those who gossip and kiss up to management. Many departments run by intimidation and threats, sad sad, company. HR is only there to serve executive management, no such thing as confidentiality, anything said to HR goes right to your manager.
