      Pros

      Great people, great mission, recent history of growth and success under former CEO, Marjorie Scardino.

      Cons

      New CEO has centralized too many things that should be decentralized and moved closer to customers. He is surrounding himself with yes people and is more focused on telling a story than delivering quality to customers. The "C-suite" is out of touch with the business and the problems that need to be solved for customers.

      Decent pay. Not much else.

      Cons

      No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
