Pros

The ending of a work day is the best part, you know you have at least 12 hours before you have to return.

Cons

ELK GROVE IL Interim Vice President of Marketing -Leads by pointing the finger and passing the blame. Impossible to engage with. And the next in line is taking the exact same approach. Marketing Culture -A culture of nastiness, different that other departments, in fact, we even have an addendum to the employee handbook with the most oppressive guidelines. The amount of turnover is appalling. Location -Most cookie cutter office park imaginable in the middle of nowhere. Far from the city, public transportation. Work life balance -Nonexistent, there is a last minute project every other day from Marketing leadership. Inflexible approach -Working from home is finally being explored after turnover has gotten the best. Dated Office Feel -Raggedy office furniture Forced Social Events Lack of support Training

Pros

Decent pay. Not much else.

Cons

No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
