Pros

Great benefits (vacation, sick time, personal time) and insurance options, tuition reimbursement, product discounts

Cons

Management is horrible - little or no experience managing people and horrible skills (micro-managing, etc.). Management was definitely one of the main reasons most people left. Also experienced "bait and switch" regarding the job that I was hired for - it was completely different than the job description and thus, had a very high turnover rate. When hired, I was told that I could move up easily within a year - not so. It is very, very, very difficult to move up within the company and oftentimes, external candidates were hired instead of internal candidates (when all other experience/education was equal). Once during my tenure, a co-worker of mine was offered an internal job transfer to another department and a few days before her start date, they told her they decided to go with an external applicant. AFTER they had already offered her the job! Unfortunately, this seems to happen a lot.

Pros

When a project goes according to plan you can work with some great people and make decent money.

Cons

Bad behavior is tolerated when you have a weak team member. They are allowed to remain on payroll, even if they do not effectively contribute. The burden is often placed on the team members willing to pick up the slack. Promotions are not given to the most qualified. They are randomly assigned. There are some horrible scoring directors as a result.
