Pros
At one time this was the best job I'd ever had - full of vibrant people, doing amazing things. The company was exploding with growth, the pay was great, the work/life balance was amazing, the benefits were fabulous.
Cons
Ever since the change of CEO a few years ago, this company has been in a death spiral. The culture has grown ever more corporate and cutthroat, with endless rounds of layoffs becoming the norm. Even the rockstars are getting cut for no reason, engendering a culture of fear and apathy. Departments and teams don't work well together even after multiple corp-wide re-orgs. Because of this, customer-critical issues can linger for days, or even weeks. Internal business systems are slow and clunky at best, and more often broken and actively impeding your job duties. Give this company a hard pass unless you are desperate.
