Pros

Good Benefits Name recognition in the market - opened a lot of doors for sales Tuition reimbursement program Opportunity to transfer to other divisions

Cons

Management at some of the divisions less than stellar Company is very large - easy to become a number and feel insignificant in the big scheme of things Extreme amount of pressure to maintain and grow sales despite economic times and outdated technology Divisions all operate independently and do not take advantage of the power of a large corporation

Pros

When a project goes according to plan you can work with some great people and make decent money.

Cons

Bad behavior is tolerated when you have a weak team member. They are allowed to remain on payroll, even if they do not effectively contribute. The burden is often placed on the team members willing to pick up the slack. Promotions are not given to the most qualified. They are randomly assigned. There are some horrible scoring directors as a result.
