Pros

I love working from home and being flexible in my hours. I even somewhat enjoy what others may see as monotonous, as I really like analyzing language and writing, UNTIL...

Cons

...UNTIL I am CONSTANTLY being shut out of my scoring account because some other lazy scorer's score does not agree with mine. Basically, if I score something low, and someone else scores something high that doesn't deserve a higher score, I get dinged and locked out. It's the equivalent of being sent home from work because of someone else's mistake. There are scorer's who give good scores to narratives that just copy directly from the passage in the test, and if there's any disagreement between scorers everyone gets punished. I am a military veteran and I feel like I'm back in the military working for this company. It gives you constant anxiety as you wait for the next shoe to drop, the next punishment that will lock you out, and make you feel like a terrible performer because your "1" is someone else's "2." Meanwhile, you can NEVER access feedback on your scoring to see where and how you may have erred. It's like Pearson WANTS you to fail.
