Pros
-Size of Company.Even if tough times continue this company won't go completely out of business anytime soon. -Salaries paid seem fairly competitive -The benefit of working for a company that is "trying" to do good for students/U.S. education system
Cons
-Identity Crisis. This company doesn't know what it is. Even what they want to be (an efficacy / research company for education), is more pie in the sky than close to reality at this point. -Senior Management seems increasingly insular and separate from market reality and the reality its employees face every day. Their expectations are increasingly unreasonable. -Work/life balance. Expect an "always on," 24/7 work experience. -This company faces great disruption, and likely from larger, strong companies that don't carry near as much baggage in education industry
