Cons
Full of workaholics. 60+ hours/week is considered normal. Frequent after-hour and/or weekend support tasks. Demanding management. They do estimates and staffing needs based on the 60+ hour/week. Good PTO package, but I am listing it here in the "Cons" section because you seldom able to take all your PTOs due to heavy work load. Work-life balance is a joke.
