My experience working here was overwhelmingly negative. Management consistently demonstrated poor leadership and often lacked the basic knowledge needed to support the team or perform the job themselves. Expectations changed constantly, job duties were regularly added without support, and it often felt like multiple positions’ worth of work were pushed onto one person. The pay is very low for the workload, and there is absolutely no work–life balance. Schedules and responsibilities shift with no notice, and employees are rarely given clear direction. Instead of improving processes or listening to staff, leadership tends to dismiss concerns and place blame on employees. The overall culture is disorganized and stressful, and turnover is high as a result. I cannot recommend this workplace to anyone looking for stability, fair compensation, or competent management.
