Hearing your thoughts regarding our company is helpful advice for our leadership team. I'll be sure to pass on the compliment to our front desk team, and also the feedback regarding favoritism to our Home Care Nursing division.
Regarding pay, although we acknowledge that a union environment generally pays more for nurses, we feel that our base pay along with our You Stay We Pay bonus helps with the difference. We do understand, however, that this affects retention and sometimes more is needed. We are currently considering ideas on how to help bridge this gap and reduce turnover.
