Thank you for working with us and for your review. I am disappointed to hear and sorry that your experience in the field made you feel disconnected from the rest of the team and undervalued. A connection between the office and field is something we are aware of and have been trying to improve on, but it sounds like there’s still work to do. Feeling connected and valued is important for PHS as well, and I’m sorry we weren’t able to help make that connection. Further, I appreciate your thoughts regarding our benefits.
