      The culture at PHS is what sets it above other employers. Getting a job here isn't easy, and that is very intentional. PHS only wants to hire the best people to join the company. While the work is challenging there are many ways that you are appreciated at work: Catered lunches, beverage carts, food trucks, ping pong tournaments, and a truly passionate team. Everyone cares deeply for the families that trust us with their care. If you are looking for a company with heart this is the one.

      Yes! You hit the nail on the head with all of your comments. Our people make the difference, and we intend to keep it that way.
