      Independent, opportunities for critical thinking, intimate nurse/patient relationship, flexible hours, easy time off within minimum of two months of request, and wonderful 24/hour on call support. Nurse supervisors and managers are wonderful and always so supportive.

      Lonely, not much companionship with other nurses, patient homes can be difficult to work in (unclean homes, pets, protective parents, etc), low starting base pay,
