Pros
New leadership has brought refreshing perspective to the company and allowed it to stay viable and grow. Big change from the old timers and clicks that won't let go of the past. Company is actively trying to grow to bring more care to kids and fight for proper support from insurance companies and government.
Cons
Some specific locations and people are stuck in the past and make it hard to change or actively try to cause problems. New acquisitions are happy to be part of something bigger but the old guard only look backward. Strong lack of business acumen among some leaders. Some senior leaders lack any strategic focus and micro-manage.
