      - babies and moms are lovely - short shifts sometimes

      Cons

      - not enough coverage options if an employee is sick or out - busy hospitals can have 10-20 babies a day - end of day billing software that rarely works smoothly - hard to get a raise

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
