      MFM doctors, sonographers, and front desk staff are wonderful to work with

      Cons

      Poor leadership, no annual reviews or merit increases, lowest pay in the region, lack of support and advocacy, bad management, terrible and expensive benefits

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
