      Pros

      I enjoyed a lot of the people I worked with in Mednax, and in some ways it felt very family oriented.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible, and when i was promoted, they used the fact that they already knew my previous salary to start me off at a new salary that was below even the starting point for what the position should have been.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
