Flexible hours, love working with babies

No advancement opportunities, hours too low and hourly rate not as much as some fast food places, hard to balance when working 2-4 hours every single day and basically on call

Pros

The only positive thing about this job is the friends I have made at the hospital and being able to work with newborns everyday.

Cons

Everything about management. You will be given a million things to do that should be a managers job but they will expect you to do it with no additional pay. There is absolutely no appreciation from management, either.
