      The actual job was great. Seeing and working with newborns daily is wonderful and fulfilling.

      Cons

      The company and upper management cares nothing for the employees. They don’t care to retain good employees. The turn over rate is unbelievable.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
