Management by yelling. Expect managers to come up and start accusing you, while insulting personally you until you disprove whatever nonsense they came up with to yell about. Then 30 minutes pass and the same manager who turned out to be completely wrong is back to yell some more, then turn out to be wrong again. Then repeat. Expect to be constantly interrupted in this manner while you are trying to help a customer and/or get any work done. Don't expect to get breaks and expect to be asked to work part of your lunches (if not skip them altogether). Expect overtime some nights and some weekends- do not expect to get paid for it. Rather then spend money on training-they mainly just throw work at you and yell at you until you produce something the way they wanted it or quit. The IT dept is a mess, often employees are still trying to get access to basic programs weeks after starting, system crashes are frequent and many systems barely work.
