Doctors talk down like they are better or like your stupid. Co-workers too even. And you can tell management and they just repeat what you say. They allow employees to belittle you, even state racist remarks like black people have no rights they should be lucky they have some say so. I had a pediatric dr tell me if it wasnt for us people like you wouldnt have a job. They make you feel uncomfortable and make as if your the issue oh communication SUCKS. No overtime well if you arent the favorites you wont see any overtime. They allow certain employees to have certain work schedules but deny your request. And only reason Kyle and sharon didnt fire me was that racist remark one their employees made they just ship you far or kyle will have eyes watching every move you make. Last training sucked nobody wants to train you. Everything i learned was due to me. My trainers was busy making doctors appts getting ultrasounds done or discussing how they quiting or moving departments.
