Seniority always trumps logic and common sense. Don’t waste your breath trying to shed light on the root of the issues the company is experiencing - you’ll only end up frustrated or they’ll just fire you then claim that you don’t fit in with their culture/environment. They don’t want to hear it from their own employees. They’d rather hear it from the management company since they’re already spending extra money on them.
