Part time coordinator is not awarded any benefits; no paid time off, no vacation time, no sick time Responsible for covering site when screeners are unable or unwilling to screen Frequently work more than 7 consecutive days in a row, without a day off Poor work/life balance Very little to no support Training is minimal; Sink or Swim mentality Low Retention rate Management seems more concerned with upholding hospital contracts, then they do about retaining employees Great job if you do not mind being isolated and working alone
