Pros
It's not entirely a bad company to work for. It really depends on the department you work in. The atmosphere is pretty laid back.
Cons
The company has now gone public so there have been many HR changes, most of which are unnecessary. Bonuses are decreasing or not given at all, PTO carry over has decreased and the pay is much lower than similar companies in our area.
