      Benefits are ok, not great just ok

      Cons

      The salary is low, management is a joke, HR is absolutely terrible (they will divulge all confidential information) and always side with management no matter what. Senior management have no idea how to run a business and constantly change their minds. They want overtime and then they lay people off. Company has no idea how to run a business.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
