      The entire leadership is comprised of people who have been with the company for 20+ years. Additionally these people are unwilling to change or accept new ways of doing things. I recommend you star very far from this company

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
