      Pros

      Great benefits and incentives. Over-all good company benefits (flex start, profit-sharing, 401k, paid time off, stock incentives)

      Cons

      Middle management (Team Leads, Supervisors, Managers) are horribly ignorant and lack the skills for the positions they are in. Management does not take stock in their employees. Managers keep employees from moving forward with the company to meet indicators/numbers.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
