      None. It’s a mess.

      Cons

      Mednax sure knows how to turn a profitable group upside down. Resistant to hiring when new hires are needed. Nonprogressive maternity and paternity leave. Only 2 weeks full pay for maternity leave? Which is not honored if more than 8 weeks of vacation.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
