No proper training(They know that but don’t care.) No ability to grow/advance. You could be threre 10 without a promotion because simply there’s no way to go up. Only ones promoted are the top dogs promoti g their friends. The structure is basically a pyramid upside down. If you are at the bottom you stay at the bottom Upper management in Richmond is a joke. Like legit a joke. There is so much backwards stuff going on with them it’s crazy. One is retiring soon because he’s been exposed for being such a fraud. Unfortunately his wing people are just as bad. Managers are absolutely clueless and never gotten real training. Half of them treat their teams like garbage. Favoritism runs absolutely wild. Like it’s really disgusting The company is aware of their terrible rep but still think they are some prize that everyone should want to work for. Fun fact: They can’t get anyone basically to come. Positions sit open for months even years Don’t believe anything tells you on your job. It changes second to second and even your supervisors are not telling you the truth
