      Direct Deposit is on time

      - leadership are hand selected individuals with no experience at all, one example, our newest senior director came from the help desk, has only 2 yrs exp and now makes all the decisions for the company - recruiters lie, tell you one thing but when it's time to sign, it's something else - literally no one smiles here, good luck getting a good morning from anyone - confidential talks with hr actually means your manager will hear about it - turnover capital - new hires are based off rapport building and no skill - everyone complains

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
