      Pros

      Great colleagues to work with, great team work work. Supportive clinic manager. Love the patient population.

      Cons

      For the last year, it has been all about the money. Every corporate decision seems to based on the numbers--how many patients per day, how much money is generated. I know the financials need to be healthy but we also need adequate staff and a robust, reliable EHR to expand our capability to see more patients.

We often have to make long term business decisions that could have negative implications in the short term.       Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
