Managers I worked for Micro manage everything! Managers and leads not focused! They ask you to work on project and every project is a Priority! No work ever gets completed! Tons and tons of write offs that I am surprised the Providers of each practice have yet to discover their claims are not getting paid but thrown in the garbarge! Waste of time and money! Apply to a company that values its employees! They only care about money from lockbox they recieve daily and not the workers. Workers are getting "burn-out" to what expense? Resignation! My manager before I resigned asked is it the work that you feel that you never complete, (the work that the manager gave me) is the reason why you want to leave? Duhh!! Not too bright!
