      401k matching, stock discounts, annual bonuses, mature IT department and SDLC

      Cons

      As soon as the pandemic hit, they furloughed many and sold off all of their divisions, and is now a much smaller company. Paid a good 10-30k lower than industry averages, but benefits were good.

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
