If you're good in writing ancient old batch scripts and are stuck in VB6 then this is a good place to work
Cons
The organization is very backstabbing and cut throat oriented. Talent makes no difference as the employees provide goods and services to Senior Management to keep their jobs. The Senior Management is concerned that their Child "BabySteps" software is getting out of date and they will lose to their competitors. Weekly meetings are held as employees are encouraged to finger pointing as to who should be removed to stay afloat. The Original software developers were all let go of in some sort of internal political struggle and no one really remains who knows the extremely trigger oriented application that is buggy, ancient and atleast 10 year old. The Development is Bullied by the Test-Developers, and technical support is constantly "let-go-of" due to mismanagement.
