      Worked from home, some of the benefits are good

      Cons

      Pay increase aren't good, training isn't good, upper management makes a lot of promises but always falls thru. They say they care but when it comes to promotions or training none existing. The salary increase are literally pennies compared to other companies.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
