      Pros

      Can get a lot of hours, hired per diem and quick, within a week I was trained and ready to go! The multiple locations made it easy to pick up shifts

      Cons

      No benefits and team doesn’t work too well if you are a float alot.

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
