      Pros

      Steady routine, can work independently while still interacting with patients, and of course - cute babies!

      Cons

      Hours change everyday, you work until all of the babies are screened- somedays that is an hour and some days its 5 (you are sent a message by the person working the last shift to let you know the status so you have some sort of a heads up), there is not a very close knit community because you are the only hearing screener there so you don't really know your coworkers

      Pros

      Ample PTO. Competitive pay. Positive work culture.

      Cons

      Lack of sufficient training. No room for reasonable growth. For an employee who is not in management or a physician, the health plans are catastrophic.
