Pros

There are some genuinely good teammates that work at Peek. They are team players and seem truly willing to help you succeed. The health benefits are decent for a smaller company also.

Cons

The interview process is extensive to make sure you are a "good culture fit". Once you are hired, if you don't fit in with a certain group of employees, you have a high likelihood of quickly being terminated. Also you will be encouraged to provide feedback on training, the product, and team communication because they "want to constantly improve" but if you bring up areas of improvement towards team dynamics or communication issues, you will likely be terminated. I honestly have never felt so disrespected by a company (including companies I've interviewed with but didn't get hired) and I've never felt like an employer could care less about me. There is no HR at Peek currently so there is no check in place, which means the friends of leaders that work there are supported and they play favorites. When disagreements are brought up or communications issues, don't expect them to discuss it with you towards fixing it or coach anyone to improve the situation. They just eliminate the problem. They also don't encourage a great work/life balance since they just moved everyone to salary. Even those in new hire training feel they have to work on their laptops from home every night to show they are trying to learn quickly. Expect to work 50-60 hours a week for salary. Within a few days of being hired, I was asked while being stood over to write a Glassdoor review to "keep attracting the best talent" and now I see why they asked so quickly. Every week there were messages sent about "So and so is no longer at Peek" so it seems they have a high turn over rate. When they decide to terminate someone, there is no discussion and they do not provide any reasons. You are told you'll be sent an email covering the reasons you were terminated as well as unemployment/health insurance details, but you will never even get the courtesy of that follow through. If you just try to have an open conversation about what's going on you will be told "there's nothing to talk about". If you are an employee that likes to nod their head and not speak while working 60 hours on salary and being totally unappreciated, this is the perfect place for you!

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
