Pros

Customers are generally very patient and nice to you! Teammates are wonderful, convenient location, ability to work from home after 6 months. They give you all the tech gear needed to do the job.

Cons

Huge issue with nepotism. HUGE. Lots of family working here, and unless you know someone there already it’s very unlikely you’ll meet the “culture” they’re going for. Training is very short and does not prepare you for the job. They offer support of the floor/teammates but even they have incorrect information which can damage your overall performance. (Are co-workers expected to train?) Many times I have asked for help to be ignored and/or given the wrong info with no platform given to double check the information given.

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
