Pros

Great people, stocked fridge, company offsite, company shut down, happy hour

Cons

Lack of structure, training, and everything is changing all the time including your pay. They hire from outside and not from within, they don't even give its own employees the chance to interview for any openings. So new management doesn't know anything about industry or product and only manage by intimidation and picking favorites

Thank you for this candid feedback. Reviews like these are tough to read, but extremely valuable in helping us continue to build a great workplace and company. It’s a very difficult time right now for everyone, and Peek has not been spared from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The travel industry has been decimated in recent months due to lockdowns and stay-at-home ordinances, therefore making it very difficult for our Operators to drive bookings. Our business is 100% aligned with our operators, so if they aren’t getting bookings, we’re not generating revenue. Given this, we’ve had to make some very difficult decisions as a team in order to navigate this harsh reality. We value our former Peeksters and we’re forever grateful for the mark they left in our journey. Our HR team has worked very hard to provide former employees opportunities to find new roles: be it a resume review session with company leaders, making introductions to companies that are hiring, or a partnership with DoorDash for part-time work opportunities. If there’s something more you would like to see us do that would be helpful- please let us know. We want to help in any way we can. You can comment here, or privately drop us a line at hr@peek.com. Best, Peek HR

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
