Pros

You can get experience if you are brand new to tech sales.

Cons

Horrible management. Micromanagers. Follow their process or you will get black listed. Management will belittle you on the sales floor in front of everyone which caused a co-worker to quit and walk out while being belittled (wasn't even about job or job performance on this occasion but rather personal attacks). Nothing is done about management. If you have any dignity you will not take a job at this place. Lowest paying AE job you will find, constant harassment from management, micro management and the list just goes on. The product just doesn't make sense to have a team of AE's selling. It is a free product and companies you sign up make too little money to have any sort of comp plan make sense for the AE who sold it. For example, in the SMB space most people you are selling to have other full time jobs and probably bring in an extra 20k a year doing some fort of tours or rentals. IF half of those bookings come online thats 10k a year of bookings through Peek. Take 6% of that and that is what Peek makes - 600 bucks and then they have to give you commission from that and we are only talking about 600 bucks for the entire YEAR that they will make from this account. It just doesn't make sense to have a AE teams going after 600 bucks a year. If you have ZERO experience with sales, you can get experience here but just know that not every place you work after Peek will completely suck. If you do have sales experience PLEASE stay away. There are so many better options available. I have more than doubled my OTE since leaving Peek 2 years ago. I quickly saw the mistake I made in joining and left on my own terms after about 4 months. Don't make the same mistake I did, there are way better options.

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
