Pros
I've been here for almost 2 years now. There are so many pros here at Peek. The leadership team is amazing and really cares about their employees. They strive to help us achieve our goals, get better every day, and collaborate across teams. There is a clear path for promotions and achievable sales goals. We get to work from home, compete in sales challenges to keep things fun, and have amazing bonuses and spiff opportunities. There's also an awesome work/life balance and they encourage us to get out and go do things. The leadership team is great at recognizing wins and rewarding the hard work we put in! The Peeks sales team is full of amazing individuals and I can honestly say it's the best group of people I've ever worked with! Everyone is eager to help each other out and learn and grow! The technology and engineering team is constantly upgrading and adding new tools for our operators based on the feedback we provide. Peek really does ask and listen to our suggestions/feedback as well as prove they care for us as individuals and what's going on in our lives. I went through a really tough time where I lost 3 loved ones in a few weeks of each other and Peek was so amazing and supportive, I couldn't have asked for a better team and leadership. I truly feel appreciated and cared for here. Peek is such an amazing company to work for and I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon!
Cons
I can't really think of any cons. Working through Covid was hard and somewhat scary in this industry, but that isn't really a con of Peek specifically. They were actually amazing through those hard months and we provided resources and advice to operators that were struggling as well. So really, that's more of another pro!
